We create web portals based on Content Management System (CMS) with Responsive Design graphic, thought for search engine optimization (SEO) and the ranking of search engines. We design Web 2.0 websites and integrate them automatically with the main social networks. We develop applications on Apple iOS and Android.

Centro Congressi Unione Industriale di Torino

Per promuovere gli incontri del Centro Congressi nel 2006 viene realizzato un progetto di comunicazione multicanale che comprende un portale web, una biglietteria online, un’area riservata agli utenti con materiale da scaricare e una procedura per l'invio di dem informative.

Il portale è realizzato seguendo la filosofia 2.0 ed è composto da una parte più istituzionale, in cui viene presentato l’Ente e le sue funzioni seguendo le linee guida del brand, e una riservata all’utente e chiamata myAgorà.

L’utente accede a myAgorà tramite username e password; nella sua area trova tutte le informazioni sugli eventi del Centro Congressi corredate di schede dei relatori, documentazione di approfondimento sugli argomenti trattati e la possibilità di interagire con l’organizzazione delle conferenze. In myAgorà è inoltre possibile rivivere le conferenze grazie ai podcast, disponibili gratuitamente anche su iTunes e su altri repository audio.

Tramite myAgorà l’utente può inoltre iscriversi alle conferenze e riceverei biglietti per l’ingresso nelle sale. Il sistema di biglietteria online gestisce il numero dei coupon da assegnare fornendo un numero di posti massimo a seconda della capienza della sala scelta; quando si coprono il numero massimo di posti a sedere, il sistema blocca la distribuzione dei biglietti. Gli operatori del Centro Congressi hanno a disposizione la lista di partecipanti in ogni momento.

Per dare uno strumento in più al marketing e all’ufficio eventi viene inoltre integrata la possibilità di inviare dem, newsletter periodiche e reminder, per poter tenere informati gli utenti e per avvisarli in caso di cambi di programma attraverso la posta elettronica.
